Description
It is a qualitative indicator that helps to applicate procedures for internal Quality Assurance (for example: scope, organization, policies, stakeholders collaboration, dissemination, reviewing).
HEIs should provide stategies to assess and guarantee that.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a strategic indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
Decision-making uses
- Improve the IQAS.
