Description
It is a qualitative indicator that helps the desing of programmes and promotes the student as a co-producer of his/her training.
HEIs should provide strategies to assess and guarantee that during programmes design.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is an operational indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
