Description
It is a quantitative indicator that shows percentage of strategic planning objectives fulfilled.
It presuppose the existence of a strategic plan. If not, value equals 0. It is a flexible and adaptable quality indicator.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a strategic indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
