Description
It is a qualitative indicator that shows appropriateness of intended learning outcomes, teaching and assessment methods. It provides clear and level-specific learning outcomes, and coherence with teaching and assessment methods.
HEIs should provide strategies to assess and guarantee that during programmes design.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is an operational indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
