Description
It is a quantitative indicator that shows percentage of FTE teaching staff holding a PhD per FTE teaching staff.
It could be complemented with Teacher-student balance.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a tactical indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
