Description
It is a qualitative indicator that helps to create a system for data collection in different processes.
Learning outcomes, satisfaction, employment, teaching & learning performance are some of relevant processes. HEIs should provide stategies to assess and guarantee that.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a tactical indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
Decision-making uses
- Improve the IQAS.
