Description
It is a qualitative indicator used for teaching staff peer evaluation of assessment/examination protocols.
Participation of peer could bias the results of the evaluation.
HEIs should provide strategies to assess and guarantee that.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is an operational indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
