Description

It is a quantitative indicator that shows percentage of improvement actions performed.

As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is an operational indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.

Decision-making uses

  • Improve the IQAS.

Formula

(Σ Improvement actions performed / Σ  Improvement actions planned) *100
