Description

It is a quantitative indicator that shows ratio of ongoing scientific research grants per FTE teaching staff.

As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a tactical indicator and falls within Research scope.

Decision-making uses

Devise actions to attract and retain highly skilled professionals.

Σ Ongoing scientific research grants / Σ FTE teaching staff
