Description
It is a quantitative indicator that shows ratio of FTE teaching staff to FTE non academic staff.
It is necessary to consider the rising in remote education provision and the need to adequately support students.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a tactical indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
