This section of the plan will focus primarily on the key indicators to assess if the project has achieved its objectives and the quality of this achievement. It will be assessed internally by SMART-QUAL partners. It will combine both a qualitative and a quantitative way. On one hand, considering all the activity indicators (satisfaction, products, work...), but also it is necessary to have a qualitative point of view about the objectives’ achievement. All these evidence will be collected from a survey to partners and participants in external events so as to collect their opinion, activity performance indicators (like the satisfaction of partners, products released or work developed. See section 3.1) and meta-evaluation and self-assessment of the project carried out by leaders and co-leaders of the different Activities and Intellectual Outputs. Also TM3 will be an opportunity to discuss these indicators between all partners. The table below shows the indicators established by the project approval to measure the achievement of main and specific objectives of the Project.
