Evaluation of the partnership in itself will be focused on the evaluation of the structure, content and delivery of the meetings, quality of the transnational cooperation, next working steps planning, decisions making, etc through questionnaires that will be circulated after each project meeting. Each Activity leader is responsible to monitor the progress in the Activity assigned. The project co-ordinator is responsible to monitor the overall progress of the project. Corrective actions should be taken according to a bottom-up approach and should be primarily adopted within the respective Activity itself. Only problems which affect the interdependence of other Activities or which could affect the overall success of the project should be dealt on a project management basis or within the IO leadership. If only one Activity is concerned, the Activity leader will supply an updated work plan for the Activity which will substitute the original plan. If the work of other activities or the success of the whole project is endangered because of late or poor performance of an Activity, the IO and activity leader will inform immediately the project coordinator, which will elaborate an up-dated alternative project plan. The main concern of corrective actions on a project management basis is the quality and timeliness of milestones and project outputs. Deviations from plan of formal project output will be documented by the project coordinator in a “Quality Plan Control sheet” shared with all the partners.
