It is a quantitative indicator that shows the percentage of students completing the study within expected number of years.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is a tactical indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.

(Σ Graduates who completed the study within the expected time established by curriculum / Σ Graduates) *100
