Description
It is a quantitative indicator that shows average of valoration of overall quality of the courses offered.
It is usually calculated through a likert-scale survey. It could be a mean or a proportion of students giving a specific valoration. It could be specific for freshmen, undergraduates or graduates.
As far as the level of decision making is concerned, it is an operational indicator and falls within Teaching & Learning scope.
