Evaluation activities are directed both at process and output evaluation. For each activity, the partners involved, the rules of procedures and the methodology to be applied for the quality and monitoring of the project are clearly identified. A set of performance quality indicators are established to measure the quality of activities and support the project development by measuring the level of achievement of the settled objectives. These quality indicators are classified into 5 different activities, and the goal-value and the institution responsible of collecting them is define.

Impact indicators are also established between activity quality indicators.

In addition, the quality plan sets qualitative indicators to collect relevant information to assess the quality of the project that cannot be quantified. The qualitative indicators are classified in 4 topics, and will be collected from feedback received during the project, and a final survey to partners.

Activity related qualitative indicators
Relevant feedback received (comments, interactions, comments...)
Strategic partnership (communication, achievements, resources, organisation, innovative practices, sustainable actions….)
Events (lessons learned, new contacts, mainstream on policies, nature of participating institutions, synergies…)
Time management (deadline meeting, shortcuts, overlapping…)

AQU Catalunya, as the institution leading the Evaluation and Quality Assurance activity, is responsible for monitoring the performance of partners regarding the indicators, and collecting the results in a “Quality Plan Control sheet” shared with all the partners.
