The overall aim of the Quality and Evaluation Plan is to provide clarification and guidance regarding procedures and criteria used to evaluate the project. This includes an overview of the project, key quality indicators and indicators for different types of work packages, internal evaluation tools, event evaluation tools and communication and reporting of the quality assessment results. This plan is intended to be considered as a reference material for the project partners. The following expectations are put into place by Project management and monitoring:

  • The project is expected to perform as described in the proposal approved by Erasmus+, achieving results and delivering outputs as planned in due time and in line with the budget.
  • The project is expected to perform in full compliance with the provisions of the Grant agreement signed by the Coordinator with the funding agency.
  • The project is expected to perform smoothly, with institutions working together in harmony and cooperation, for the benefit of target groups, partners themselves, and the wider university context (local communities) in partner countries.
  • The project is expected to perform ethically, socially, and environmentally friendly.
  • The project is expected to perform high quality trainings, which can be integrated into HEIs IQMS.
  • The project is expected to provide high-quality cooperation between institutions and local communities.
  • The project expects to benefit the target groups.

AQU Catalunya is the institution leading the transversal activity regarding Evaluation and Quality Assurance.
